Spiritual Promptings

On Thursday, at our Zone Conference, the two elders from the Ginninderra Ward (in the stake) invited us to a baptism of a Samoan woman. It was this morning, Saturday. When we arrived we realized the woman being baptized was the wife of one of the students we met at Institute on Tuesday! They have two young sons. We had no idea it was her being baptized, or that she was wife of the young man we had previously met. We felt the Spirit had guided us to be here this morning and to show support to her and her husband. So grateful for the inspiration and for our willingness to attend. It’s all about following the spirit, isn’t it? Because the elders were inspired to invite us and because we chose to attend, a greater connection was made with one will be teaching.

We may be living in the land down under, but we are feeling on top of the world! So grateful to be here. So grateful for the Gospel in our lives and that we can share it with others. So grateful for our mission.

Oh…the picture…it’s what we see outside the back of our flat! Enjoy!
